Updated review: One of my favorite Biggby locations! There used to be a male barista, but now I usually see the same three... female baristas. Regardless, all four have provided great service. I was completely upset by the customer service. I went to use a buy one get one coupon and it was expired by 7 days. I had one... set of coupons at home that expired oct 5th and one that expired nov 1st. I got them from my local ad in my mail. I accidentallybrought the wrong one and the lady would not let me use it. I went to look at my email to see if their was any other coupons Icould quick find without holding up the line(one person behind me) and she told me their wasn't any online. After checking outand paying full price for both I found a coupon on "retail me not". Granted this was my fault for grabbing the wrong coupon frommy kitchen, but this has never happened at any other bigbby I've been to. I believe in good customer service she should havehonored the expired coupon. Read more
Good coffee, decent location. Been coming here every day for the past month or so now, and I'd have to say I'm super impressed... by the folks that work here. A couple of the gals who have been timing me up somehow remember what I get every day. Everyone issuper friendly, and quick. Read more

Ordered a coffee with no orders in front of me (the place was almost entirely empty) and it took FOREVER. Finally, I saw a... coffee being set on the counter but they didn't call out an order or a name. I walked up and the staff seemed confused aboutwhat coffee it was that they set up on the counter. I finally decided that it must have been mine since there had been no onein front of me in line. I was not impressed and won't return to this location. Read more
Cute friendly biggby chain. If you like biggby, this is your place to be. I would recommend Strange Matter, just a few blocks... away - though their sizes are smaller, their espresso is much more flavorful and they have these awesome freshly made pastries -but thats just personal preference. No wifi issues for me today. Coffee was great, staff were having a lot of fun with the color run competitors, good times
To Kimberly Magruder, or should I say Karen, you are the worst kind of person to deal with in customer service. The customer is... NOT always right, if they were, the business would tank in months. The date on the coupon is there FOR A REASON, and no, youshould not have it honored just because you feel entitled to it. These people don?t get paid enough to deal with people likeyou.
