Was a quick in and out, Coffee was a good flavor and a variety to choose from.
Me and my daughter were in there on 11-13-22 orders 2 drinks and a hot chocolate after waiting for about 15-20 for drinks my... daughter grabbed the handle on one of the cabinets and the door fell off . Cashier seen it laughed and said it was ok she wouldfix it in a few minutes . While waiting for drinks still the cashier asked a girl to cover her to go to the bathroom the girlcome over and trying to be quiet she was talking about oh my god how did they really knock the door off ?. I let it go , afterthe girl covers her she called over another cashier and said to her omg look they knocked the cabinet door off like how do youdo that . Keep in mind the cabinet must have been broke already . Just thought that was very rude to sit there and keep talkingabout I will not visit this locate ever again as I don?t feel welcomed as a customer . Read more
The SLOWEST service I?ve ever experienced. It should not take 20+ mins to get a single coffee ever! And their drive through... makes it impossible to get out of line. And don?t bother going inside-takes just as long if not longer since they ?prioritize?the drive thru. Maybe they need more help in there, but it?s been this way for a long time. It never gets better. I'm a regular biggby customer, usually stop more than once a day. I stopped into this one on a Saturday morning, the drive thru... line was stupid long so I went in. The cashier was friendly, the rest of the crew was busy talking to each other about gossipand even had a friend standing at the counter. I got coupon in my bagel and asked for another, they explained they only give itto paying customers. Worst biggby experience ever! Read more
Definitely doesn't taste anything like Starbucks, it's more coffee strong but like you also get the flavor of ingredients at the... same time. Also I didn't know I could have strawberry flavored coffee and now I don't want frozen coffee any other way!! Read more
Waited 40 agonizing minutes for my order only to find the drinks had been done for some time but the food wasn?t ready so half... melted frozen drink. Meanwhile I listened to the employees giggle b gossip another girl kept looking at the shiny part of thecoffee maker to fix her hair n check her makeup 50 times. Ive been going 2-3 days a week for the last 5 months up until recently, spending anywhere from $15-$30 dollars a visit, do the... monthly math on that, but the wait times have become ridiculous, and the constant audacity to always ask for a tip and getsnubbed when I say not this time has finally pushed my family and I away. Good service and consistent beverage quality is whatshould matter, and my choice to leave a tip should be based off that service I receive. I should be served no lesser because Ichoose to not tip. FYI, good morning is more acceptable and favorable as first spoken words, not ?would you like to leave a tiptoday!?
