Shout out to the young man working this morning around 10 am on March 12, 2022. He was completely alone and it was extremely... busy. When my daughter and I walked in, there were six people ahead of us, more coming in after us. He kept calm, was verypolite and expedited the orders in an organized, timely manner. Whatever he was doing, really worked for him. Kudos to him! Andmy drink was the best I?d had from a BIGGBY in a very long time! They have never gotten my order correct. Ever. And their hot drinks are never hot, even when you ask, extra hot. Every single... worker there doesn?t know how to make drinks, I?ve been there multiple times. Hopefully they get a new manager to re-train allof them. You?ll have better luck at McDonald?s and getting your drink made right. Read more
