The general fast food experience, with the best jalapeno bites and mozzarella sticks that I know. The only unfortunate part is... that they're not open as late as other places like McDonald's or Taco Bell, but that's to be expected post-pandemic. Read more
Usually a 5 star place at lunchtime only. Nite crew is a 1 star or less. I said no thanks to using my name for order as this is... a stupid unsafe practice trying to give us false feelings . So Jacob said out loud "no thanks " when my order was ready. Verybad manners, us the dame order number like professionals do . Reprogram computer to use real numbers not aaahgkw4acav !!! Whatthe heck is that ! Very unprofessional Arby's... Tomatoes on sandwich we're expired, was offered new slices when I pointed itout. Another bad violation, expired tomatoes infect the entire sandwich and kitchen. Sandwich was drowned in honey mustard saucetop and bottom that appears to be watered down intentionally. Bacon almost too hard to chew. Never nuke bacon use other cookmethods please. Lobby spotless and Jacob constantly cleaned the area at FC and lobby, well done. Read more
Very disappointed my spouse order a chicken slider and when he went to go bite into all he got was a mouth full of raw meat... called the manager she was not happy with kitchen staff. She offered replace the meal and was going to but my spouse was scaredthat it would just be the same. The kitchen staff need to take their job more seriously when it comes to handling foodespecially raw food. I will never eat at this Arby's again. I sent an email to their corporate office and have yet to get a response. I was served a... piece of raw chicken and ok, I get you were busy but when my fiance took it in he was treated as if we we're lieing. How theheck do you lie about that?! We took pics and the messed up thing was, I took a fricken bite and swallowed it before realizingit was raw. They had breaded it and put the buffalo sauce on it so I could tell until it was to late. Do you know what your bodygoes thru when you consume a raw piece of chicken?! Let me tell you, its not pretty. I feel awful for my fiance for having tohelp me and clean up after me. It was awful. Really great customer service. They helped me make a decision on my meal. Food came out really fast, not hot, but not cold... either. They did however did get my name right, though. Turkey gyro tastes good so far, lots of meat, but could use a littlemore tzaki sauce (or whatever they used). Also, their dollar menu is only available from 2-5pm, so that was a bummer (especiallysince it's 1:40pm now.) The drive thru is always so slow and they often forget items. I then have to go back and wait forever in the drive thru again... because their dining room isn?t open just to get what I paid for the first time. Read more
