Instead of warning me that they were out of fried onions, they substituted for raw onions. They DO NOT taste the same and the... smokehouse brisket sandwich I bought is not the delicious sandwich I love you eat but a disgusting off brand version. Good food, friendly staff. Drive through is usually pretty quick. Order accuracy has always been 100% for me.
So I ordered a market fresh Turkey Bavon Ranch... No turkey. Settled for beef and cheddar it's was Luke warm at best, seemed... like they were made hours before we got there and the curly fried were little tiny broken pieces from the bottom of pan. Whoever is working the phone currently just told me rudely they were not open and hung up on me, then when I called back... answered as normal then when asked again started fakely speaking Spanish and hung up again. Then my girlfriend called and askedwhat time they were open until and was again rudely hung up on. I don't plan on going back ever again. They have really been not too good the last few times I ate here. The chicken nuggets were fried too hard and the fries just... don't taste the same. Maybe it's not all of the Arby's but this location the food is just not worth the 25 minute wait. Beprepared to sit a while if going to this location as well. But I can say they have pretty good customer service and manners. Read more
I am pretty sure I live here now. I have been in the drive through for 20 minutes after paying. 10 minutes before that. He just... stuck his head out and said they are just now putting down fries for us. We got the bag and it was missing part of the order. IfI was skinny I probably would have starved to death before I got my food. Best part, there is zero chance these. fries werefresh, they might have been fresh 30 minutes ago when we got to the window or in another universe. Read more
Arby's needs to fix their drive thru speaker. The lobby is closed, and the drive thru line moves super slow, because you can't... even place the order until you get to the window. Seeing other reviews about the speaker having been broken for weeks now,which is ridiculous. Read more
Grabbed a bite for lunch. Service was quick, and the meal was just about average. No complaints.
