Placed a mobile order. Ordered a steak egg bagel with no cheese. They put it on a English muffin instead. Had them fix it and... they added cheese to it. Had to have it remade a third time, no apology for the order being messed up not once but twice. Theonly bright side is knowing that the store lost money having to replace and fix a steak bagel 3 times. We won't be back. Read more

Lets just say my bag was Literally thrown at me by a very rude employee, then they walked away as if she didnt dare make eye... contact with a person like me. The ONLY reason why I gave 2 stars was a cashier with beautiful goddess braids was very polite,and courteous the total opposite of her co-worker. Read more

Visiting this location is like playing Russian roulette with service & sometimes accuracy. So, you know if you chance it, that... was your decision to do so lol. Today was the first time I actually sat inside to eat with my boys, mostly to take advantage oftheir open Playland. 1. Bring your own sanitizer, they're out. And maybe even your own lysol wipes - the ones they have arealmost entirely dry. Also, bring your own napkins. Lol 2. Double check your order, missed a few things, but they fixed itquick. 3. Service. I usually hit the drive through so can't usually see what's going on behind the scenes but today I did. Theyare working, and quickly at that. They're also communicating, though it seems difficult between the front and back teams (i.e.fillers vs makers). Often heard the fillers asking for the same thing several times. The one maker I could see from their teamlooked confused, but not sure what their area is. Anyway, I think both sides could use some team building which would overallenhance service. There may be a bit of care needed top, but I've been there and know how easy it is not to with a gig like thisso....??????? Overall, I can't say my experience differs from most other McDonald's I've experienced. Seems to be the norm withthis chain now and little to no desire to change it from the top. 3 stars for having a decent Playland (or even having one atall). Read more
Everytime i go. The food is horrible. There is no heat on the food, and the hamburger i ate was cold. Who wants cold food. They... are not giving a discount on the food, or simply garbage. Then i report it to the manager who hangs up on me hangs up on me onJune 30, 2022 at 4:11 pm. That was so rude. The food should be HOT NOT COLD. WILL REPORT THIS. Terrible location. Very dirty. Not a single clean table in entire restaurant. Bathroom filthy. Manager says they clean once per... day because COVID...Not a single staff wearing a mask or ANY PPE for that matter. Seems in December 2022, COVID is an excuse tobe nasty. To top it off, I was served with a burger that almost look like someone bit into it. Adding that photo and filthphotos..Will never visit here again and don't recommend it to my enemy let alone friends. Read more
