I'm surprised this establishment generates enough revenue to keep its doors open. My wife puts in a mobile order for our... daughter. A kids meal. We didn't get anything since we were gonna enjoy a sit down dinner elsewhere. We pull up to the speakerwhere the drive thru attendee tells us to hold on a few times. It wasn't like they were swamped because taking a closer look,the lobby was damn near empty! Maybe 2 patrons. Finally able to tell him our order number, were told to pull up. The line wasslow as hell! Finally get up to the window where the guy working drive thru asks us yet again what our number was. At thispoint, I'm getting irritated. We've waited at least 10 to 15 mins now for a kids meal. Now there's another guy that switchesout to hand us bad news. They're outta bbq sauce, no apple slices, they only have orange juice. (Face palm) We have cars thatplaced orders behind us going around and leaving! And not only that, u can tell that our order was not being prepped from thetime of confirmation at the speaker. Slow, no sense of urgency, out of items, no condiments, etc. This was overall a badexperience. Especially for something as simple as a kids meal. Upper management or whoever is running the show here needs tostep in and put their foot down HARD. Then they tried to sneak a burger in the bag to appease the irritation we gained from theexperience. The oddest drive thru experience... almost rushed, and first thing I heard was... "go head" I guess that meant order lol.... Almost sat there 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. BUT I will say everything was fresh! Sooo I just might come back Read more
Things are changing for the better. service is getting faster employees are starting to more friendly.
No complaints, my order was made correctly and the food was hot and fresh.
The place can be kept more cleaner, There are literally flies living inside this Burger King. I believe it needs to be worked on
I live across the street from this Burger King and I?ve seen how it?s been ran for the past 7 years and either Burger King... doesn?t care about it?s establishment anymore or they are unaware of how this place is being ran. It?s utterly ridiculous theyhaven?t got this place in. Garbage surrounds the building and drivethru making me think twice about eating there. They make thefood any kind of way instead of how?s it?s supposed to come. They are disrespectful and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COSTUMER. PLEASEdo something about this place. Read more
OK OK I'm in yet another Burger King. Jada was my cashier. I'm not real sure if she was nervous and new or just nervous. On any... accord she did good. The only thing is she needs to smile more. Food was hot. Place was clean. Ice cream was good the cometasted kinda old. Read more
Too expensive! They were also out of onion rings and they don't honor the deals on the app. Go to Popeyes or McDonald's down the... street to avoid B.K b.s.... Went in to purchase $5.99 meal that's on the app and spent $11.49. Read more
