A total disaster is about all I can say. A busy drive thru but almost noone inside. I ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich 5... minutes before arriving. The coffee was ready and waiting but the sandwich took 15 minutes after arrival! There were 8 teenslaughing and joking about and a manager who was obviously flustered.
