It was our first trip ever to a sweetFrog. Their frozen sweets are good even the small size was satisfactory
I always come to sweetfrog and the employees are always doing their best , I kinda made a mess with caramel and the lady was... really nice about it and helped me out , cleaned my yogurt cup , treated my kids with respect and not rushing them . i love thissweetfrog personally, always going to return!! Arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to closing to be told by Katalia (not sure how to spell her name) the store was closed. ... When I informed her it wasn't 9pm (closing time) she went to the register to check the time. She verified it was not 9pm butstill refused to serve me. When I asked for the manager she said there was no manager on duty and informed me she would notifythe manager herself of her poor customer service and her refusal to serve me. The ice cream was good , no doubt . The customer service was very terrible. I took the kids to this place , turns out the lady... at the counter was rude true her actions . She snatched the ice cream from my daughter and proceeded to smacked it on the tablewith an attitude. Her service and tone was full of attitude and made me realize l wasn?t welcome.
