Manager shut down for drive-thru only at 1:40 pm on 11/22/22. I crossed the street to McDonalds.
The cashier at the window was great. I'm assuming hee name is Elfeica; that's what's on the receipt. There was a tall black guy... that work there and was using profanity about someone else. I'm sure he could have waited until the customer pull away from thewindow or just not at all. Whomever is cooking the chicken at night is an A ?? because during the day it's terrible. Read more
ordered a spicy fried chicken sandwich which was actually cool upon order and it was. Piping hot.
The store manager is very rude and disrespectful bathroom was dirty food trash tasted like it was old never eat here
Expensive. 8 piece chicken meal is $20.00. This KFC needs to remodel outside and the parking lot needs a make over. Drive thru... cashiers are great depending on who might be working that day. I don't think you can walk in and order..parking lot needsrepaving. Read more
WOW! Angry people working here that do not seem to want a job. I keep a smile on my face as it is not a good idea to be... anything but kind to fast food workers that are preparing one's food. Because of my experience at this location, I have notbeen back and have not visited any KFC ever since. Read more
The food is usually pretty good, although the last time we got sick with the runs. Customer service varies. Sometimes... nastidious, other times not so bad. We call it the Glen Dale Asylum KFC. Good luck! Read more
Impolite lady on the drive thru, ordered number 8 and when I got home, she got my order wrong. Whoever orders here, please check... and look at your order before taking it home. It might be the wrong one! Read more
