We visited this place around 1 pm. All tables were occupied. We were seated in 2 minutes. Servers were friendly and... engaging. They really look after their diners to make sure that they get good dining experience around them. We ordered Doubledouble burger with Cole slaw and fries , and Beef dip with ceasar salad. My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch on a sunny Sunday (holiday weekend). The restaurant was quite busy but the front end... staff welcomed and seated people politely and promptly. Our server was Brittany along with Emily (trainee). Service wassuperb. Friendly and quick. I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger ($19.99, see photo). This was one of the best burger experiences Ihave had at this White Spot. Burger was cooked perfectly, fresh bun, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Plenty of fries andcoleslaw. In contrast to other reviews, I must say that my experience was really nice. I totally understand that staff might be busy at... some point. Especially in not favourable freaking warm weather. I ordered Chicken Caesar Wrap and was sooo excited about that.The salad which comes with it was absolutely faultless! I am looking forward to taste something different there! The spaghetti: The first bite was like nothing. The sauce tasted quite light. Only the bread was decent with the sauce. But that... small portion for $18.99? LOL The burger: U can tell the fries only a little. It's a big difference from when I came to whitespot around 1 year ago. Dissatisfied. The burger they served seems/tasted like precooked. It was cold and dry meat. At least,they recooked a new one for us. Anyway, good services. And recommend patio and drive-in at this place. Read more
White spot used to be my favourite restaurant. Unfortunately, after my latest experience at this location that changed. We were... served burgers in which the bread bun was actually wet, not just soggy but wet. I've attached pictures as I was shocked it wasserved this way. Because of this we had to order another burger which took an additional 30 minutes. I understand that it wassomewhat busy however we had already waited 40 minutes to receive our food initially. Aside from the food, the restaurant itselfwas not very clean. The glasses too were not very clean. I felt very uncomfortable at this location and definitely will not bereturning. The staff were not being very helpful either, they did not check in on us, refill waters, etc. We ended up justpaying cash because we couldn't get a hold of our server. We also spoke to the manager who didn't seem too bothered about any ofthis - which was even more concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
Think we need to have some lessons on cleanliness. Not only did our table have food chunks stuck to it we ended up cleaning our... own table because the bus boy was a dear and thought one swipe would fix the issue. When they gave us our menus they where sowet they actually had water dripping off them. My personal favorite was how the bench seats aren't fixed to the base so when yousit down they slide out or flip forward. On the plus side the food was edible. Read more
