Ordered 3 meals from Skip through these guys. My burger had no lettuce on it, my bacon poutine had no bacon in it and food was... cold. When I called the store manager he told me that "It must have been the skip the dishes driver removing your lettuce andbacon" like common guys. Do better with your customer complaints section. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to make itright. Read more

Stopped and picked up 2 $4 burgers. Great deal. Spent $4 on a large fry to get 1/2 a container. No receipt with the bag so that... I can call or go online about it. Read more

This location is better then others, but not by much. Food quality is mediocre at best, even for fast food. Fries often cold,... burgers sloppy and unappealing, both in look & taste. Almost never provides receipts even if I ask (required by law!) Fast foodCAN do better.... Read more

It really depends on how many people they got back there. The more employees there is working at the same time, the longer your... wait may be. .. but sometimes the old schools are working or the ones that are smart enough to care even just a bit. Lucky I'mactually not totally dissing this location because a year ago I ordered the bacon deluxe Berger and it was so disgusting Icouldnt eat it. Litterly was the first time I ever got a disgusting Berger from Wendy's, oh yeah on an unrelated note, I foundplastic inside the Berger, seconds later I was crunching something in my mouth , I was chewing on pieces of a plastic fork. Ideserved my money back that day. No one cared at headquarters though. Truly deserve no stars based on that but I'll be fair. Read more

would give 0 stars if possible. placed an order on skip, some people have tomato allergies. i order a total of 6 junior bacon... cheeseburgers, 4 without mayo. i received 2 correct and 4 wrong. the 4 others i got had ketchup, pickles, onions and no bacon. iwould love to know since when a junior bacon cheeseburger doesn?t come with bacon. not sure how you can really mess that one up.shouldn?t managers be checking orders before they?re packed up and ready to go? the fact i just have wasted money to get thisdelivered and can?t even have them be eaten from allegories is frustrating. I exactly ordered a large fries, which looks like a medium in picture. Extremely undercooked, and looks like the box was stomped... on before it was given to me. I first did a loop after i requested ketchup in the bag and there was none. Then drove away withthe fries undercooked. Drove back twice after purchasing food. I get this is a fast food place with most likely low wages, butit would be nice to have just a little more care please! Driving back for the 3rd time isnt ideal and quite annoying! Read more
