Very rude customer service. I went here for lunch on my break at work, and I asked for Chipotle sauce. The cashier couldn?t... understand was I was saying and someone working from the back laughed at me and the situation while it was happening. Thecashier eventually understood what I was asking for however no apology was ever given. Terrible service, I?ll never come hereagain and I?ll never recommend this location to anyone. Any other Triple O location would do better than this one. Read more
My burger chipolte bbq bbq bacon melt was fantastic, the poutine I got was really tasty too. These guys sure don't skimp out.... All in all the I got the great quality I have come to expect from white spot. Read more
Nothing great about the food at all. The person behind the glass actually listen to the order instead of worried about a mask... she might do ok. However the food isn't that great at all especially for the price. Read more
Very rude in the drive thru. ZERO manners from Simran. No please, thank you or any kind of friendly gesture. We corrected... her at the window explaining what food service is and that?s it?s part of the hospitality industry. This is likely anotherfamily run franchise with them all living together and begrudgingly working together too. Read more
Check your Triple O's dips. They barely fill the sides a 1/3rd full. Barely! Go to the other Triple Os on 200th just up the... street. They fill the sides full so you don't feel ripped off. When you're paying for them. This is the 2nd time this happenedand when I returned the first time I had to pay for another 1/3rd full side of triples o's sauce. I pains me to write a badreview of my favorite fast food place on earth. I even had the food truck at my wedding. Sad day.. Omg! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY FAST FOOD JOINT!!! Prices just went up AGAIN. I think I?ll just cook my own food now. Although... I?ve never gotten sick eating here. And I eat here 3-4 times a week. Great customer service. Food was fine, chicken strips were crispy outside, and nice, lean white meat inside. I got the garlic... parmesan fries as well, which were a little rich, good flavour though. I didn't love it but I just don't eat a lot of this kindof stuff anymore because of digestive issues so I'm not used to it. No fault with the food or service, the restaurant was niceand clean too, I spilled my lemonade because I'm a klutz and the gentleman insisted on getting a clean sanitized cloth andwiping it right away. July 30th 10 pm staff very pushy and argumentative. When I informed them they had made a mistake the lady argued with me over it... when she should've just said "okay ill fix that" very simple. I've been coming here for a while and I've never had such a rudestaff member. Would give 4 to 5 stars today if it weren't for her. Read more
