Place is clean , however staff are very slow when making orders even when it's not busy. Always the food every time I've gotten... it the last few times has been poorly made and sloppy. Finally last time I can the woman had the blender ready to make themilkshake I order instead of actually blending it she stood around and talked to her coworkers for 5 minutes until I went up tothe counter. Staff need to better trained I won't be returning. Read more

Heaven and her team were so great. We got there right at close. We read the location wrong and thought they were open until 11,... but this nice group of young people made it happen for us anyway. We really appreciated it!! Thank you. Read more
Super slow service eating in. They served all the drive thru customers first. It took 15 mins to get my food. Then I had to... wait for the shakes that I ordered. The lady was cleaning the tables and went straight to making my shake. Didn't clean herhands.. staff was rude when I asked for my food. Asked for a burger with only ketchup.. got everything else with it too.. werethey listening at all? Read more
Service was satisfactory and food was good, but the burgers are made so sloppy. They are never centred so when eating everything... keeps falling out the sides. Ruins the dining experience and makes it very uncomfortable. Read more
Have not been here for a couple of years, very surprised by the mediocre dining experience tonight. Walked in and the place... smelled of burnt toast, with smoke still in the air. Had to mop up dried ketchup from the least dirty booth so we could sitdown. Food was bad: cold over salted fries, rubbery burgers, all for about $90 to feed us and our three kids. Zero taste, zeroatmosphere I and zero value - I guess that's the new triple o . Will not be back, and judging by the empty dining room we arenot alone.Very disappointed. Read more
Most welcoming burger place we've gone to in weeks. Staff made us feel like it mattered as opposed to several other places... notably Wendy's who seemed to be annoyed that customers were there. Read more
