I arrived in drive-thru and parked behind vehicles at the 2 order board, each waiting silently waiting. Then after ~5 minutes I... heard. ?Thank you for your patience. Please wait your turn. Someone will help you shortly?, and waited for myself another fewminutes. As I moved forward I heard each successive driver be told the same thing. When I got to the window 25 minutes later Isaw one woman working. Eventually a 2nd woman appeared. Neither had a sense of urgency. I wonder if I would either if I?d beenworked off my feet; nevertheless, there are two other THs within blocks that are far better options for your time involved. Read more
I understand that fast food isn?t the best and is cheap, but we received hashbrowns that were rock hard, barely edible, and the... donuts were shoved into a bag with the frosting completely rubbed off the donut. Can?t believe this is even acceptable! Read more

Ordered two items and they got one wrong. Told them they got my order wrong and received a shrug and a mumbled "sorry" from the... girl as she walked away. The other item, I waited 10 minutes before asking to find out that they forgot about it. Stood therefor another 10 minutes to watch 4 employees attempt to make a bagel. It was a team effort, but they did it. This was probablythe slowest, most incompetent, and dirtiest Tim Horton's I've been in. Terrible. Read more
