Absolutely worst Tim Hortons horrible customer service nothing but attitude from the people behind the counter, the wait at the... counter is 3 to 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that you were there seems to be a strong Focus on bottom-line profitinstead of customer satisfaction.
