Food was alright felt the Begal was very stale tasting and that the egg was sitting in the cabinet for a while that it was dried... out I had asked for bacon but they put sausage on I didn't realize the mistake until I got back to work and the doughnuts we hadordered were very stale they definitely weren't fresh. tried to call the restaurant but no one answered the phone Service wasdecent she was friendly but I had to correct her a few times when see what put on the order screen sheet was apologetic butattentive she told me she's new n just learning which is completely o.k she did a wonderful job The atmosphere was ok it wasdecently clean for a after morning rush Read more

During a power outage this location was the o ly place with hot breakfast and their staff handled the huge influx amazingly. I'm... positive it wasn't easy but they treated every customer even the less patient ones with respect and courtesy despite their staffhaving alot of traffic and being clearly overloaded during that windstorm Read more

The cashier was in training and did an excellent job with my modified lunch sandwiches. The lady in charge who was helping with... the training and looked to be in charge was working extremely hard. She was very sorry for the wait because it was very busy.Everyone did a great job. Read more

I had the worst drive through experience, I felt extremely rushed in the Drive thru, with being the only car in the drive thru... and the woman was constantly rushing, impatiently asking if "That's all", and we didn't fully have our order out of our mouths.I will not be back to this location. Ordered on the app. Waited 15 mins before arriving at the store and was asked to pull around the front and wait. Why use the... app??? There was no line behind me. I pointed this out to the person at the window and they said it's because we have a timer.Go figure. Tim's in Murrayville you need to up your game with mobile orders and have them ready when the customer arrives. Read more

Drive thru does not ask for rewards card for points / coupons and ended up wasting a "coupon" after activating it on the... app. When trying to get my phone scanned for the app, the teller was rude and refused to take it after handing the cash that wasstill in her hand. Read more

The manager for the Murrayville TH location needs to take a hard look at their operations. I have been frequenting this location... regularly for over a year and it?s always the same: the staff have no clear direction on how to handle walk in patrons.Countless times, I walk in as the ONLY person in line and I wait up to 10 minutes as six staff completely ignore the front whileserving drive thru only. Once, the store manager and the district manager were even standing on the side chatting away whilemyself and other customers stood in line just waiting. Also.. if someone from management actually reads this: PLEASE flag yourcrosswalk for drivers at the drive thru lane. It is SO DANGEROUS trying to access your store with a baby stroller or wheelchair.No one stops, your sidewalk isn?t wide enough to get around the doors, and the chairs and tables (inside and on the patio) neverhave space to pass thru. Stopped for a Coffee and decided to sit inside. It was unbearably hot inside and uncomfortable to sit and stay so went... outside. The tables inside were worn and the chairs looked like they had seen better days. I feel bad for the staff having towork in that heat it was bad just sitting there I cannot imagine working in it.. On the positive side staff was pleasant andfriendly and the coffee was great. Read more
