I was told I could not purchase 3 gift cards in the drive thru. I thought it was weird since I have done more cards before. I... choose to get 2 and asked if I could do another transation for the 3rd. I was told no (with an massive eyeroll) and that theyhave a timer for each car and it would ruin their time. There was NO ONE behind me. She made me drive back around to get anothercard. I was furious. I have worked for Starbucks and we never would have done this. The girl was on a power trip. What ifsomeone had ordered $50 worth of food... would they tell them to go inside instead?! The entire experience makes me not want toever go back again. Read more
Very little attention to detail and an incredible lack of care at this Tim Hortons. Our order was very simple: Two classic BELT... meals, add habanero sauce to each BELT. They forgot the egg for both sandwiches, forgot the sauce on one of them, and only gaveus one hash brown. This maybe would have made sense if they were in a major rush, but there were barely any customers there. Theorder still took about 15 minutes. Read more
Every single time I come here I experience a problem. They only ever have chicken noodle soup and chilli. I?m starting to... believe they just never make the other options. When I asked for a straw the employee told me it?s in the bag. I told him therewas no straw. Always have to double check my bag to see if I got everything I paid for. Very poor customer service.
