I was ordering at the drive-thru soeaker and had to repeat my order a number of times. So i gave-up and drove upto the window... and still had to repeat order a few times. Once I got my order, buddy with the black turban, a student had the nerve to give meattitude by rudely saying next time order through the speaker. I told him i am with my family but if you cant do a simple taskhow can u do another job. We don't need people like you here. His response was you are discriminating. The service and food are both terrible. When I was telling my order I could not hear what she was saying and when I asked if she... could repeat herself she rolled her eyes, gave a small sigh and still spoke at the same level. Then for the drinks I ordered thesimplest drink a dd, still tasted so bitter. I had to get six packets of sugar and still didn?t fix anything. Sick and tired of asking for a cup holder at all Tim Hortons. Maybe a lawsuit or two will wake them up to customer needs.
this place doesn't offer wraps at all, its kind of a bummer but the service is okay. The lids they use for the coffee are the... worst. Read more
