This place is great if you want Italian food in the Langley area, You definitely have to come here. Big portions Big... flavors That pasta is ???? What a hidden gem in Langley. I've heard about this place from a few friends and glad I got to finally try it. The Cheesebar was... a fun and unique experience, so make sure to try that. Affordable wines on the menu and lots of food to choose from. They canalso cater to dietary needs and added whatever meat or alternative to any dish you wanted. We got their Lamb Ragu, Shrimp pizza,chicken parm, and a truffle pizza, as well as a cheese plate. They also have a great selection of deserts. I'll be back forsure! Read more
My husband and I just stopped for a quick bite to eat on our way to Victoria and we couldn't be more happy! Our waitress Asia... was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. It was relatively quiet because it was only 5 but the ambiance was welcoming andthe food was delicious! My husband had the calzone and I had the mushroom truffle pasta. We ordered take out for our Friday dinner, food was great especially the Pesto prawns, cooked to perfection. The chicken... Parmesan was ok too. Food is 4.5 star. But the service for take out, wow, it’s awful, 1 star for service. The girls were justchatting away, didn’t bring out my order right away, I ordered online, and I arrived after the time that they said it would beready. I saw 3-4 people arrived after me got their food and left. I have to ask the girl at the front to check again so thatthey will bring out my order. They also didn’t have the best attitude, I just felt like they don’t want my business. Iunderstand it’s hard to keep staff these days, but giving customers attitude, that just not acceptable. Main dishes were somewhat bland. I had the chicken parmesan and it was OK. Cooked well but not very flavourful. My wife had a... pasta dish with shrimp that was also bland and only had 4 shrimps total in it. The shrimps that were there were very goodthough. Cheese starters were fantastic, restaurant was nice, live music was good. Service was hit and miss, attentive inbursts with other long waiting times. It took 15 minutes after asking for the bill to get it. I got my first water refill thatfinished during the cheese starters when I had already finished eating my main course. Overall more of a 3 star experience butfor almost $30/plate we expect more. Read more
From the moment I stepped through the doors, I had a fantastic experience. The ambience of the restaurant is welcoming and fun.... Our server was super helpful in giving honest recommendations for her favourite dishes and was helpful in our selections. Wewere there for happy hour, so we got great deals on drinks and pizzas. We started with a cheese board- a fun experience to picka few cheeses. When the board came, the presentation was great and it was delicious. We had the beehive and don't tell nonnapizzas. The toppings were delicious and the crust was really good too (I'm normally not a crust fan). For dessert, we enjoyeddelicious cannolis. All in all a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back. Our server ruined the full experience for me. Tonight was not a busy night and even with the snow, we still made it to our... reservation to celebrate our day. Not only our server was too conservative to smile, she took a while to clear our plates, giveour bill, check to see if we need more water and so on. We love the food. Perhaps will redeem the rating next time we are backif the service is better. Read more
