My gf went to grab my lunch which was prawn salad rolls but the girl who makes them didn't come in today and I've been having a... hard time eating so these are like my go to food that I can always get down. I was really sad about it and was just going to geta regular salad and hope I'd be able to keep it down but one of the 4 ladies working said she would give it a shot at makingthem and they turned out perfect !! Better then most times I get them. So im leaving this review to say thank you very much, youhelped me out a lot and I appreciate you taking the time to make them for me when u weren't sure how. I'm not generally one to leave reviews, but felt the need to write this one. Went to chopped leaf for lunch today, ordered the... Bankok Salad - and I would hardly call it a salad. Found myself eating primarily lettuce and red onions- while looking for theother "toppings/ingredients". Considering how hungry I was, I would have eaten anything - expect this...couldn't finish it. Ican't say I'd go back or recommend it to anyone else. Read more
I used to frequent this chopped leaf every day. For myself and my family. Literally every day. I'll admit, I was picky about... asking the staff to pick through the lettuce for me to get the fresher stuff. I was a daily customer, and very appreciative tothe staff doing this for me. If they were rushed or busy, I would be fine with whatever they gave me. One day, I was told bythe staff that I was no longer welcome, unless I paid an extra fee, on top of the standard price. The owner of the store set upcameras throughout the whole store, and could watch the staff work in real time. The owner watched the staff on cameras, andcould see them spending an extra 5 - 10 minutes on my orders. Again, I say that if the staff were busy, I would just get what Igot. They would only spend this time if they were not busy with other customers. I was informed that the owner wanted me to paya premium of $15 per salad for the staff to pick me out the fresher lettuce. (The crunchier kind.) This is on top of the roughly$50 a day I spent here. From that day to this, I have never been back to this Chopped Leaf. So, if you're looking for a saladjoint where they care nothing for customer service and nothing for customer loyalty, this is the place to go. Read more
The many times ive been here they always give next to nothing when you pay for extra. Save yourself the trouble, the workers... really don't care about the customer. The only thing they care about it cutting down on costs. I asked for extra saucespecifically on the side, they put it in the container and gave me less ingredients because the sauce container filled up space.Horrible employee attitudes. Read more
