They don't listen or confirm your order. They give the wrong order alllllll the time!!! And very blatantly gave me an American... when I specifically ordered long shots. Made excuse after excuse. Never offered me a free coffee or a refund. Just a really lamesorry that was dripping in excuses. Worst service ever. Read more
As many other Starbucks these days the multiple streams of service ie) in person, mobile and drive through make for longer wait... times which is not as convenient as its intended to be. I will always only order one drink but in different places at different times there will be different portions and different... tastes their explanation is also perfect, ok I admit I am a coffee idiot but my wife loves it, today I I also bought an extracup for myself, but the result was two cups with different colors and flavors. I knew they were busy, but he said lightlybecause the light-colored cup had more ice cubes. God, I specified that I don?t want ice cubes. After these two cups of coffee,I understand a truth. If the brand is strong, unprofessional coffee brewers can also sell for a high price. Read more
