Hmm, not impressed. Hot day the other day and no cold fraps available. Spelled my name for the customer service rep and she... still managed to screw it up. I find it disrespectful when people think its ok to write whatever they want. One should realizeif a customer spells their name for you, it's probably important to them. Moreover, if you did not hear properly, because ofambient noise or whatever, maybe try and ask? Way to go Starbucks staff! You have lost this customer forever. Read more
Wonderful Starbucks with friendly staff and plenty of seating options! Always a steady stream of customers which is a good sign!

This location consistently messes up my order, giving me a coffee base when I order cream nearly every time I've hit the point... where I actually expect it to be wrong and need to taste the drink immediately so I can have it fixed, otherwise I'll find outat home and have to throw it away as I don't like coffee. This is the second time we visited this Starbucks branch. Both times were not good experiences. The first time we came here, the... girl at the counter had her back against us and was on the phone. I can?t remember how many times I said ?excuse me? but shepretended like she couldn?t hear us. And now for the second time, I ordered thru the mobile app. When my husband entered theshop to pick up our drinks they were so surprised to know that they had mobile orders to prepare. :( I don?t know why both timeswe visited were disappointing considering the good reviews this branch has. ???? Too many customers and the staffs cannot handle well. Washroom has no tissue paper as the staffs don't have time to refill. We... want to ask for stopper, but standing at the counter for a minute, the guy was too focus in making coffee that didn't have anyeye contact with us. We have to speak it loud to get his attention. The parking design is poor and narrow. Read more
I've been here a few times and the service has been very quick, although I do see on occasion very unhappy staff but for the... most part a great store. I would recommend cleaning the place a little bit more because I'v been to other places where there ishigh volume and the staff are quick to service and keeping the place spotless. Read more
Great seating area outside...weird how our orders came out inbetween many oher orders
