I?ve been coming to this place since 2010. Always the best service with a smile. A real smile , not the retail smile you get at... other places. Recently , my age and dim wit combined to screw up my last few online orders. Athena , remembered my drink out ofthe hundreds in a day and put it aside until I got there. Been visiting this location for years. Great staff and environment here. When I visit the store it?s always busy. But there is a... girl named Lillian..she works super hard every time I visit. No matter how busy.. she always make an effort to chat with me.Her smile is definitely the warmest. Will now have to chase her down to indigo location :( Read more

The staff here is wonderful, always kind and charismatic. I hate to just shine the compliments on one individual but Lillian at... this location... has been the nicest, warmest, and consistently hard working person I've ever seen working at this location, andI've been coming here for years. This team is full of all stars and a bunch of new faces which is good but frankly the ones thathave continued here during/through this pandemic always carry brilliant smiles and fun chit chat. Shop is really clean and spacious (especially for a mall location). I find Starbucks in malls can be hit and miss with service... which is understandable since they are overwhelmingly busy but this location always makes great drinks and the baristas weresuper friendly and chatty. Read more

This location is at the entrance of Willowbrook Mall. Good parking, no drive thru. Staff were happy and quick.
