I have been to this Ricky's before, and it was good, service and staff both solid. I was here last Friday and as we were eating,... there was a mouse running across the floor, and throughout our meal we saw either it or another one a few more times. The staffdidn't seem too concerned about it, bit I won't lie, it really did sour my thoughts on coming back, especially since I sawanother review from another patron a year ago, and they saw one as well. So it makes me nervous about coming back here if theyhave a rodent issue, as that very much says they either are not cleaning properly, or they are not getting an exterminator andtaking this seriously. We've been to many different Ricky's locations and this one is BY FAR the best one. We keep coming back! The service is... outstanding, the staff is kind and friendly, our food is always of high quality and served in a very timely fashion. Thank youto the manager and staff. This place deserves 5 stars! Limited menu, high prices. Our table ordered 2 Peach pies at $7.99 each. When they came they were small tarts with a dob of... whipped cream. The cauliflower, broccoli soup had 1 small piece of each vegetable. Very salty. Tea water not hot. Read more

We had such a fantastic experience today with Tatiana and Kim. The food was fantastic, but what really made our day was the... fabulous service and super friendly experience. My 3yr had the best time ever and what can sometimes be a very stressfulexperience of trying to get food in her and keep her contained was not stressful at all. And even super fun! First time customer.... Ordered one of the big breakfast. Waffle was not bad, eggs done just as asked, potatoes were a bit soggy... and too much sour cream, and sausages tasted pretty low quality. Most importantly, water and one dish plus tax and tip I paid$25 for a not stellar breakfast. Not likely I'll be going back. Read more

Really good service. The breakfast chicken tender bowl was great. The hollandaise sauce tasted smokey and rich, just wish it was... drenched allover the bowl. Other than that, keep up the good work. Read more

The outdoor covered and heated patio allowed us to dine during the restrictions. Excellent stop for lunch or dinner and I hear... the breakfast is edible. Friendly and curious staff with a home cooking taste. Plenty of parking and the recently updatedrestaurant gave a cozy feel. Will definitely be back soon. Read more

Tomato Soup, Pasta and Fish&Chips are all great taste and big size. Until I pay the bill and ask for packing the remaining... food, I don?t understand that ordering Fish&Chips is an all you can eat dish. Because my English listening is bad, I am veryembarrassed. But the staffs are very nice to explain for me, and let me pack it. They are so friendly and thoughtful that I arevery appreciative to them. My daughter hope that It would be better if there was a kids menu and there were waiters at thefront to greet us so we won?t need to wait for them to come. Since they packed the Fish&Chips for us which wasn?t supposed to bepacked, I still gave it a 5 star. Read more
