Cheese: excellent taste, very heavy cheese toppings... making it the dominanting flavour. Toppings: fresh veggies that are... crunchy and fulfilling. Not too thin or thick either. Perfect size. Sauce: The tomato sauce is nearly non-existent. I couldn'tphysically see any sauce. Although, upon careful visual examination of my third slice I noticed some tomato residue. Thisindicates they technically used tomato sauce as an ingredient, though I can hardly see it. It's there. Drinks: affordable andcold. Over all 5/10. The sauce is extremely lacking. I couldn't physically see any sauce on my pizza at first. There aren't anyItalian herbs and seasonings or complimentary flavours that make the pizza stand out besides their cheese. This place has some of the worst employees I have ever experienced. I was a loyal customer for over a year and today the... delivery person couldn’t find our address and I had called their main phone number to follow up. They have delivered to myplace many times before. They said it was on the way. Then I called again after 15 mins to follow up, and they told me thedriver couldn’t contact me. So I provided them more specific directions and they gave me the drivers number that didn’twork. Then I received a call from Pizza 72 themselves where they said that I provided the wrong number and address and proceededto yell at me saying that they were looking for over an hour, couldn’t contact me and now wouldn’t drop off the pizza. So Iasked for a refund because I’m injured and can’t drive. They said they couldn’t refund and that I had to go an get itwhile screaming at me. They refused to deliver, while all the staff was screaming at me on the phone, mad that I put the wrongnumber in. I had called them already so they had my number but I was the one that had to update them. It was honestlydisgusting, they wouldn’t refund, they wouldn’t drop off, I had given them more directions and they were all scolding me andscreaming. They finally agreed to drop off, and when she dropped off my pizza, she still wanted to fight and argue about mynumber being wrong. She was vile and was incredibly rude. This pizza place needs to re-evaluate their employees. They lost aloyal customer. UPDATE: the police showed up at our place because the delivery driver claimed that we had assaulted her.luckily we have camera footage of our interaction where we told the delivery driver to leave our property after she kept beingcombative. we showed the police the footage and they laughed. what a ridiculous waste of resources, this establishment should beashamed of themselves.
