I see a lot of comments about poor rude service. I have always found the service wonderful, however I have walked in and seem... the staff flustered, a few weeks ago I came in and the staff seemed off and upset. I placed my order and the girl keptapologizing as they didn't have one of the things I was going to order. I told her no problem and chose a different item. Shesmiled and said sorry again that the person before me yelled at them for running out of fruit during the lunch rush. I could seethe staff seemed flustered and upset. I told them they were doing a good job. Told her no rush with my order as they were busy Ipaid and said I work across the street I will come back in half an hour to pick up my order. I left a big tip and told them tohave a good day. About 20 minutes later the girl walked into my work with my order and thanked me for being kind to them. Youget what you put into the world. Good customers get good service rude customers get what they give. I rarely get bad serviceanywhere because I chose to be patient and kind to people in the service industry. Read more

I ordered a Kale Caesar Salad from DoorDash it was supposed to have pumpkin seeds, chic peas and croutons. Instead I got just... kale, barely any sauce and some parmesan and these people had the audacity to charge me $14!!! It was the most absurd thing Ihave ever experienced. I love this space! The environment is aesthetically pleasing, the food is beautiful, and the staff are really lovely. Every... single staff member that I interacted with was so personable and when I asked for recommendations they were quick to recommendme a dish based on how hungry I was and whether I was feeling sweet or savoury. I love their staff picks at the front - Jacob?ssuggestion was perfect. Overall I had a great experience and love that everything is vegan. The food portions were big enough toshare with my partner and their oat latte is great! I couldn?t get enough of their pothos wall and definitely recommend checkingthis spot out - vegan or not! This is THE cutest spot serving the best avo toast! I got the ?bougie? with a coffee. The coffees are brewed from Italian-style... blends, roasted by Milano. The salad dressing (sesame-ginger vinaigrette) clashed with the flavours of the avo toast (Kalamataolives, oven-dried tomatoes and truffle aioli). Water is an excellent palate-cleanser! Good cafe for vegan/vegetarian folks-lots of options. I enjoyed the cookies the most. The food we ordered was quite mediocre and... lacked overall flavour-definitely not up to par with other vegan restaurants. With the prices they are charging all thefood/drinks should be exceptional. Portion sizes are also quite small in comparison to other cafes. I wish I read some of thereviews here more closely before dining in. Read more

Mediocre food, high prices, bad service. Cute decor but unfortunately that's about it. Won't be back due to bad service and was... treated like I was stupid. Ordered the grilled cheese that comes with the tomato soup. Sadly the soup never came. When I asked,the girls just bluntly said "you ordered the KIDS grilled cheese". Frankly I didn't understand what that meant because I didn'teven see a "kids grilled cheese" on the menu at all. When I inquired further the girls seems annoyed and told me that I shouldhave specifically ordered the grilled cheese PLUS soup, because the kids one is grilled cheese only. I said I'm still confusedbecause I didn't order a "kids" grilled cheese and that the only grilled cheese on their menu says soup included. Then theyfinally admitted that they ran out of tomato soup. But I can wait for them to make more and charge me extra for it. If they ranout of soup, they should have told me when I ordered it. Nowhere on the menu do I see "kids grilled cheese." I ordered a grilledcheese and the girl taking my order just decided to punch in KIDS grilled cheese without telling me or letting me know tomatosoup is sold out. Super cute cafe! Great customer service. My first time in, i notified the barista and they walked me through the menu in a very... relaxing way. They made great suggestions! I got the blue lavender latte, both warm and cold, it was amazing. Not too sweet, soyou could taste the lavender! I also got the pinkavo toast with an egg, good portion size. Good covid protocols. The highlightwas the amazing customer service. It is on the pricier side but when you are paying that price it?s great to see good customerservice skills with it. Read more
