I recognize that this restaurant is a food fair stall, but the manager was so appallingly rude and unhelpful to her struggling... staff that I was compelled to write this review. The restaurant was incredibly busy and the manager was the only staff memberserving food because the other employee was running the cash. There were a lot of families with children waiting for theirorders (because it was a holiday from school) while the manager walked slowly to and fro, took phone calls and pretended to bemaking fries when there were clearly enough fries ready to serve the families who were waiting patiently. The manager declinedto provide her name or the name of the franchise owner. However, I was able to find the name of the owner and have reached outto provide feedback. If I could, I would give the manager zero stars and the other staff member (a very young, obviously poorlytreated woman) five stars. There is no excuse for rudeness and lack of empathy for young staff doing their best and familiestrying to eat lunch. Read more

The hot dog was rubbery. I have no idea how old it was. Even my dog, who will eat tree bark and gum off the sidewalk, would not... eat the meat portion. I gave one star because the bun was fresh. But who eats a hot dog bun without the hot dog meat? Only mycompost bin. Read more

The service here is awful x 100. Its our first time visit, the server?s attitude were super bad, we asked for an extra fork, she... rolled around her eyes???.she ask what kind of sauce for the hot dog, we told her everything, but she kept asking which one?????????What kind the service is that? I came here almost every week. The staffs were nice and polite, and the food was good. Today seems to have some new faces. I... ordered a large poutine to go, and when I back home and opened it - it?s only half full as shows in pic. Read more

Honestly the most mediocre hot dog I?ve ever had. Bun was not toasted. Hot dog itself was barely warm. Toppings were scarce,... especially for the price point. For a place that focuses on hot dogs, this place is a joke. I could make a better dog with myeyes closed and drunk off 15 beers. Read more
