We get our kids? birthday cakes here every summer. The decorator at this location does outstanding work! This year, my kids... wanted a Yoshi cake and a King Boo cake from Super Mario. Despite never having heard of Boo, they did a great job! I?m guessingthey Googled the character. ;) Read more
Went to the drive-through today and when we got up to the window all the workers were just standing there, they saw us and got... us to pay but then didn?t even make our ice cream. They all had straight faces and terrible costumer service. It took them avery long time to make a kids cone and a mini blizzard. I was shocked on how these workers could just stand there knowing wewere waiting for our ice cream. We eventually got what we ordered but I definitely was not happy with how we were treated! Absolutely terrible. I?ve been to this Dairy Queen many times and it?s always been terrible, the worker are lousy who are either... poorly trained or incompetent. My visit today though was the biggest display of awful work I?ve ever seen. I ordered twoblizzards very simple, it took five minutes two make while for four of those minutes I watch the workers just stand around andchat. Honestly disappointed how poor the service is. very annoying they make customers wait for minimum 10 minutes for simple orders... i have waited for delivery order here 40... minutes!!! they told me to wait 5 mins .. skip or delivery orders i cancel from now on!! hire more mature caring personel!! Read more
