Came in tonight to get a few blizzards after parent teacher interviews and waited 23 minutes. Considering this is what you are... known for, was a very disappointing experience. Young employee working the till with minimal help and no communication betweenthe front of house to the food preparation area. Great location and very nice decor. Not so much bigger space for seating but considering outside seating, it's ok. The service... point of view is not bad because I did not come across any issues with my Order. Yes, the interaction of the staff is very low.They are like machines and have no heartfelt greetings but are fake. Staffs didn't seem to have much sense of food safe and hygiene. Cashier so just handled another customer's cash, without washing... his hand, grabbed and handed the icecream cone to me, and his hand had come into contact with the actual cone.
