The quality is always Excellent. And the staff are polite and hard working. but ... It's Always so badly slow recently and the... worst part is the number of mistakes on the orders they makes. Often they miss something or wrong incorrect ingredient on anyspecial asks and it's such a hassle to correct or get the value back I should have. 26 mins from time I ordered today looking atreceipt timestamp. I had a very poor experience here, I can't recommend this place and their unprofessional manner. I ordered 4 meals and 2 pies,... and had to pull ahead and wait. After waiting over 5 minutes, I received my food and drove all the way home before finding outthey forgot the pies. I drove back immediately and the lady at the counter wasn't at all apologetic, in fact she said it wouldbe another 5 minute wait to get the pies. Did they not even make them the first time then? I explained that I was frustrated asmy food is now cold after all the travel and waiting, then she said it was my fault for coming back instead of eating myfood? This place gets an extra star for the beyond meat burger. Delicious for carnivores and herbivores alike! After that, try the... great onion rings. This A&W has 4 or 5 tables outside, which is perfect to enjoy -on a hot day- some cold pop in the chilledmugs. They have breakfast items for sale all day, which makes my son happy (but takes a few extra minutes). Read more
The space is very tidy. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed meeting with friends for a coffee or meal here. Will come back again!
