Edit: I was able to contact the restaurant and got issued a full refund. I placed an order through their website, and the... restaurant was closed when I arrived. This is in the middle of the day on a Saturday, which the times of operation state itshould be open. I got a confirmation email, my card was billed. I even got a time for pickup (11:45am). This ruined my familylunch plan. There was no number to reach a human being and request a refund. Read more

Omg, what a dump. Food was cold and cost $21 for 1/4 chicken meal, bottled coke and a very little piece of cake. Coke machine... disabled so you have to buy bottled drink. Place is in dire need of a makeover. Broken tiles, sticky tables, dirty bathroom.Gave it 2 stars only because the people behind the counter were nice. We came here after a day at Sesame Place. It was pretty busy at the time with some difficult customers. Sincere (Sorry if I'm... misspelling your name) was excellent and so kind. He was definitely carrying the team with how quick he was moving. He was veryhelpful in taking my order, then ringing me up. My order was accurate and the food was very fresh. Placed an online order and when I arrived the doors were locked. It was well past their posted opening time. Door says they open... at 11 am it was after 12. Numerous other people arrived and same deal. The kicker? There was an employee in plain view staringout the window at all this happening and just stood there. So let?s get this straight. This company pays their employees to keepthe doors locked and stand there twiddling their thumbs all day? Something isn?t adding up. And if they?re not going to open thestore, at least have the decency to close off online ordering so people don?t pay for something they?ll never receive! I amabsolutely disgusted and still waiting for a refund. Tried calling customer service no answer. Management needs to do somethingbecause this is bordering on fraud. Read more

There appeared to be only one person working at that location. I ordered curbside and called when I got there. 3 times. The... phone rang about 20 times then went to a busy signal. I went in to pick up my curbside order and was informed they didn't havewhat I ordered. I ordered something else, had to remind him about the sides I ordered, even though he was looking at thereceipt. Barely murmured apology, no discount or comp. Scratch Boston Market off your list. I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order through GrubHub. Kept receiving text messages stating the order was going to be a... couple minutes late. TWO hours later and we are STILL waiting. I called the restaurant and they were absolutely no help. Thefact that I was told that I shouldn?t of ordered from an app and should?ve ordered from them directly was a smack in the face. Iasked for a small refund or discount and all the manager kept saying was things happen. I will NEVER order from this locationagain. $70 is not cheap and to have to wait two hours and not be informed or given the option to cancel my order. Read more
