This was my first experience at Wendy's where I was only in the drive thru for less than 5 mins and my order was correct!
Sorry, as much as I love Wendy?s, this time your performance was poor: Drive-thru order was Pretzel Bacon Pub, small Fries with... Ketchup and small Chocolate Frosty. Received Baconator, medium fries without ketchup - only the Frosty was right. Just save timeand don?t take orders: just give out anything and charge what you like next time. Read more
I arrived at home in starving and I placed my order aroun 9:20 p.m and took more that 1:30 to be exactly was 1 hour with 49... minutes . The driver was there waiting for my food I called to the restaurant and the girl told me that sistem was down ?. This Wendy's window service is the worst you ask for sandwich and coffee she answers what you ask for cream and sugar look in... bag nothing you ask again she give 3 sugars with this lg. The New Chashier was nice and very professional. She greet us and made us fill so welcome. She took our order and repeated it... back to us. Everything was fresh and taste good !!!!! I will definitely come back to this location in Landover,MD. My Favorite location too ! Read more
It took a total of 30 min for my order to be made. They messed up the order 3 times. Ordered two drinks and they couldn't tell... me which was which. To top it off they were "out" of straws. The one pro: The main cash register/driver thru person was polite. Read more
At the time of this post I am angry. As customers some of us are getting lunch and don?t have time for slip ups. Why do you... constantly rush customers off the speaker just to get everything in the order wrong. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich mealwith Mayo ketchup onions lettuce only with a root beer. They gave me a coke and spicy chicken sandwich with Mayo lettuce andtomato only. Then when u see a customer in rage is because of stuff like this. It?s not hard. I?ve worked for Wendy?s in thepast for 3 years. If u pay attention the job is not hard. Then they don?t even give u a receipt. You have to ask. Read more
