Order 12 pieces meal the my red beans rice didn't have enough beans to distribute though the side of rice this is the 2nd time... this has happen if you'll don't have enough beans to distribute though out the rice let the customer know so they can have anoption to choose another side. Observation - GM was in store making sure the staff was serving customers respectfully. Food was hot and GM thanked me for... coming to Popeyes. I was grateful to see a manger keeping the staff on point. Spicy chicken was hot and not overly hooked. Read more

Used a coupon at this Landover Road Popeyes and was pretty pleased. Chicken tenders were especially hot and fresh..... biscuits... and other side items were hot..... Just a small piece of advice....a little hello or "thanks for coming to Popeyes" wouldactually go a long way with me...instead of handing me my food and then closing the door immediately....but that takes a littletraining i suppose. The workers at the drive through were nice. The 40-minute wait was mean. After 20 minutes we got to the call box. We changed... our minds about chicken and ordered two large red beans. 20 more minutes, we got six small half-filled red beans. Lady saidnobody came to work. Stuck in Landover, lol. Read more
