Worst Mikky D's ever. I door dash the late night early morning at 3am, go through drive through for pickup, and noticed that the... bag was heavy and cold. The lady I delivered for was only asking a a hamburger no pickles and a small fry. I received a bag withno receipt, no description, and decided to look into the bag. I saw a bottle of Dasani and what looked to be a frappe. Iinformed the manager of the wrong order that I received and all she could say was that someone else has the order. Cool. Butwhen I told her that she gave me the wrong order that didnt match what she saw on my phone, instant attitude all because shesaid that she heard me say it. Of course I did. I was speaking to the customer to inform them of the wrong order that Ireceived. Ladies and gents, I'm talking attitude for no reason. I just wanted to find out if we could come up with a bettersolution other than the manager just handing me a random order. Truly glad that I trust my gut at that moment. I didn't get hername but she works the graveyard shift people. She needs to be removed from the franchise if she keeps this up. I know that weshare the same complexion and may speak a different language and may be of a different culture, but that was just puredisrespect on her part. Staffs at the drive through and the manager at Landover Mcdonald is so rude. Those high sch students have no home training. They... insult and curse you out all because customer told them they hv linked card but instead of them to state that they don't knowhow to do it and ask for help, they rain curses and insults on you with F and B word. It's so pathetic. Those high sch studentsworking there and the Spanish staffs needs lots of training. On so many occasions I hv bn insulted and give wrong orders for myfood and even overcharge me.
