I come here all the time and love the wine. However, I came on a day they had Dinner Theatre. Had to go to the tasting room... downstairs. The food truck needs much improvement. We ordered pizza and loaded fries. The fries were undercooked and the pizzawe got didn't even match the description that was on the menu and wasn't very good. Read more
Super duper cute! The outdoor seating was very picturesque, but it was too dang hot to sit outside to enjoy it. So we ended up... sitting at the bar, which was entertaining thanks to the amazing staff! Sami was our hostess and she was phenomenal :) We hadplenty of time to enjoy our wines and ask questions. I have hosted and attended many parties at Paradocx. And I?ve also frequented the winery with small groups of friends. And as of... late, I am extremely unhappy with my experiences. Specifically with Jen the events coordinator. We just rented a space out for abridal party, and overall the food was great and so was the room itself. But, when we requested a specific server Mariel to workour party, Jen denied our request. As someone who is spending a lot of money to host an event for 50+ people, a simple requestof a server should have been granted- especially since the server requested was not even working this specific day. However, wereceived a poor, unprofessional response from Jen stating ?Scheduling is not under my control, that is handled by our generalmanager. If the request was made and could not be fulfilled I?m sure there was a reason. We do have several events that day andnumerous large reservations, however, I assure you that whoever is assigned to your event will take very good care of you andyour guests.? Then another email was received from Jen and she *misplaced* our food request and this was only a few days outfrom our party. She stated ?it got lost in the shuffle.? As the events coordinator, I find this extremely unprofessional andextremely unorganized. On the day of set up, we were only given an hour to set up, because again, Jen did not want us to be inthe way of her set up.. we managed to get everything done on time, but Jen and her setup was nowhere to be found. There weretimes we had questions and could not find her!!!! Very nice, spacious, scenic location. Wine selection is very large in number, plenty to choose from for variety of wine ????... lovers. My girlfriend and I went there for a food truck ???? festival today. We'll definitely go back for wine tasting viaflight and more in the future. Read more
Great outside space! Middle of they day on a Thursday so it was nice and peaceful. They were low on supplies and didn?t have all... the menu items and the cook had wrote us a menu of what they could make. Some decent wine and everyone loved the wine teacocktails Read more
My first visit to this vineyard was as a guest for a private event. Every aspect of the event was wonderful. The food was... delicious, the wine was very nice, the atmosphere was beautiful and the staff was excellent. Sammie and Mariel were fabulous! They served the party so well and kept up with clearing and replenishing all while answering questions about the wine andvineyard. I, of course, had a wonderful time with my family at the party, but I wanted to mention the efforts made by Sammieand Mariel to make me feel welcomed. I hope I can return sooner than later because I'll need another paint can soon! :) Read more
TLDR?: great wine but horrible customer service towards the only Black customers present. I wish I could leave more stars, but... the service at Paradocx was horrible. If it weren?t for my friend wanting to taste their wine, and our long drive to get there,I would have left without making a purchase. This was our first time visiting, so we weren?t aware that we needed to seatourselves. We waited at the hostess stand/register and DJ told us that we can sit anywhere. We chose the brown sofa, but it wassaggy and uncomfortable, so we returned to the stand to ask if it was ok to sit at a table that needed to be cleaned. No one atthe bar acknowledged us, although we made eye contact several times with them. I had to flag down another employee to ask. DJwas our server and he checked on us once during our visit. He never shared his name, but I heard someone else say it. When wewere ready to pay for our bills it was hard to get his attention. After several minutes of waiting, my friend was able to alerthim that we needed him. He had a container of glasses in his hands, and we told him that we could wait until he sat them down.Unfortunately, he never came and continued to do other things that were not customer facing (putting away things in the bar).After several additional minutes of waiting, we returned to the register and asked someone else to close us out (the lady Iflagged down earlier). DJ saw that we were there, came by, but still didn?t close out our tab, allowing another colleague to doso instead. The customer service was not great at all, however, the wine was amazing. I planned to purchase a few bottles, butchose not to do so because of the customer service. It?s important to note that we were the only Black people present, so maybethat?s why they were rude. I am not sure there are words to express how pleased we are with Paradocx Vineyard. We hosted our daughter?s 21st birthday on... the Press Pad and Press Room. The Food was amazing and the staff could not have been more accommodating! I highly recommendParadocx Vineyard for your next family or corporate function. We literally could not be happier!!!
