Horrible experience. Ordered 2 meals and they only gave us 1 drink had to tell them to give us a second even though we ordered... 2. We asked for fresh fries and got cold fries. We asked for chili seasoning packets and were told they were in the bag...theywere none. Called them when we got home and no one would answer the phone. They were not even busy. Read more
this place is an absolute disaster. Poor management they do not care about the customers. you pay for products they fail to give... it to you, so technically that is fraud/ stealing. I have not been to wendy?s in 10 years. I picked up a few hamburger meals formy kids and they shorted me and I told them it didn?t look right they?re missing items. They even forgot my drinks. I went backinside and got my drinks. They did not put the lid on the frosties and spilled in my car. I get home and realize we?re missinghalf of the meal that I purchased besides the frostie now in my car on the seat. I talk to Natalie the supposed manager who hadno service skills whatsoever but claim to be a manager. She gave me my money back for the item only because i told her shebetter but she wanted to give me the missing product instead. she had an attitude was not professional, and I will never comehere again. This manager has no business being in the customer service field. She should?ve been fired. Read more
The lobby is closed at 8 o?clock on a Saturday but posted that it?s open till 10 I can see my delivery order on the counter but... need to wait in the line for eight Cars in front of me to order and pay. Very frustrating for delivery drivers working out ofthis location very frustrating for my customers buying food but getting it cold and dead. Read more
Such well spoken and well-mannered employees at this location, order drive-thru was served promptly and the food was hot. I normally have no issues with this location but I?m LIVID right now. I just opened the to drive thru order of breakfast for my... 3 young children, French toast sticks. When we got to the park for a small picnic I opened the bags to find not French sticksbut some nasty bacon burgers. We do NOT eat swine and therefore I had to throw the entire bags out. My children were only ableto eat the potato wedges. My error was obviously not checking the bags before I pulled away but I?ve not had any issues beforeand I never check the bags with this location. Then again I only ever have come here in the afternoon or evening. I willremember never to eat breakfast here in the future. $27 in the trash. They are t picking up the phone either. If I could give no stars that?s what they would receive . I usually have exceptional service from this location store #2078 .... Tonight was the worst experience . All of my food was cold. My burgers were hard and far from fresh. They were cold to thetouch. I ordered 4 meals and not one of them was good. Chicken nuggets were cold and so were our fries. I called the storemultiple times over a 30 minute period to which no response . Not one person answered the phone in over 30 minutes!!!!! I WILLNEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS WENDYS EVER AGAIN !!!!! The restaurant was filthy! We had to clean our table off because there weren't any clean ones! I can't even discuss the ladies... room ???? The food overall was okay but it was thrown in a bag. I got a salad. The dressing pouches for it had "something" allover them that was not the dressing! The guy working the register was wearing a Wendy's hat and jacket. He had the hat pulleddown and the hood over the hat. He had to tip his head way back to see us! When did that become acceptable? Did I mention thehat and hood were filthy? Enough said! See pictures!
