We?ve ordered pizza and things from here about eight times now. The pizza is delicious New York style, comparable to Pizza... Suprema on Collier. The wings are big and tasty. However the meatballs are no better than store-bought, I?d recommend skipping.If the owner reads this, you should not import those from Jersey any longer, they?re nothing special. The customer service isgenerally nice, wait times can get pretty long on the weekend, sometimes over an hour, so make sure you get your order in andexpect it to take the full hour. We recently discovered this spot here in land o lakes and wish we knew about it sooner. This place has the BEST pizza and wings... ever !!!! My family usually orders a Philly steak pizza that is to die for !!! Wings in a lot of pizza places are soggy and notmy favorite so I figure this would be the same and last night they proved me wrong. There bbq were one of the best ones I haveever had . The $6 lunch special is decent. 2 pieces of pizza and a soda. The pizza sits in the window for a long time, but at least they... heat it up in the oven. I had the margarita pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza. Both were good. The price for a large cheesepizza is $15, which seems like a lot given the atmosphere. This isn?t a swanky place. It?s very bare bones and VERY narrow.There is barely room next to sit along the side and definitely not any room for a family. Get it to go or eat with one otherperson on the tiny high tops. Pizza was fine/good. I probably won?t return though. I prefer Pizza Suprema and Sam?s (previously Uptown). If I had to put my... finger on it, maybe they aren?t using low moisture mozzarella, I like the cheese more firm (cuts nice and won?t fall off).Though I could very easily be wrong. Read more
My family and I tried The Pizza Pie for the first time. The pizza was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, the toppings were... not lacking, the pizza was hot, crust was on point! You can note the great quality and the authenticity of a true mom and poppizza place versus a commercialized pizza joint. I also love that there are gluten-free options!
