Saturday night, in Florida and your shake machine isn?t working. How is your shake machine not working when you?re a shake... place?! I don?t know. Put in an order in the drive thru. At the time only 1 car was in a stall and 3 cars in drive thru. I figured it shouldn?t take... too long for my order. Finally gave up and left after waiting 20 minutes and the drive thru cars never got their food but 4 carsentered the stalls, got their food and left long after placing my order. I was looking forward to eating sonic since I haven?thad it in over 15 years. Left pretty disappointed and won?t be back. Read more

The time it took to just bring a mini milkshake was insane! The employees were talking and acting like there wasnt 6 cars parked... waiting for orders. I was the first in the drive thru though and that is all i ordered. Its friday at 4, i wont be back at thistime thats for sure. Read more
The service at this location was excellent. When the employee could not understand my deep southern accent through the two-way... speaker system for ordering, she politely and promptly came out to my car with a big smile on her face and took my order at carside. The food was delivered promptly, hot fresh, well packaged and prepared. I gave them only three stars for the quality ofthe food itself. It was okay. I went there Friday afternoon. Whomever the ?gentleman? at the drive thru was should either get a job he enjoys or act like he... enjoys his job. As I was placing my order he was rude and very rudely asking ?Is that all?? After each order I placed. My totalcame up to $50, my orders there are usually this much or more as we are a family of 6. Well since I did not appreciate his lackof customer service and his nasty attitude I left the drive thru and went to Dairy Queen where they took my order with GREATCUSTOMER SERVICE. I?m sure he was not very happy that a big order was placed and never paid for. I will no longer go to thisSonic, I will now go to the one closes to my house. Thanks for ruining my lunch sonic. This is why I usually just bring my lunch to work. I paid extra for this garbage. I won't... be going back here.
