Absolute worst place for anything but dine-in! Three times calling to place an order for pickup and the same guy at the host... stand answers the phone, puts you on hold and never comes back to the call. It takes me 15-20 minutes to get to this place frommy house and all three times I sat on hold the entire way to the restaurant for what should have been a pickup order. The firsttwo times I let it slide but 3 times, the same guy all 3 times and there is nobody at the host stand waiting or paying a check,he?s just standing there doing nothing. Don't sleep on this slightly hidden gem. We've been twice now and both time the food has been fresh, fast, and served with good... customer service. They made changes to menu items to accommodate dietary requests and the margaritas were good. Read more

I must confess I been coming to this Mexican Restaurant for 8yrs ,did not want to review simply because I was selfish, it's a... gem close to my house and consistently delicious, we had the Best hands down $5 happy hour Margaritas on the rocks , THE BEST intown. Today we ordered carnitas and Carne asada 3 tacos WOW ,accompanied with pico de Gallo, Green salsa and the best pintorefried beans, house made DAILY!! even the chips,( not salty just right) and salsa complimentary are delicious , I believethere is NOT a better non chain family owned Mexican restaurant for miles maybe all the way to Mexico..now there, the Secretis out ....???? Born in California this restaurant was only a neighborhood alternative for authentic mexican cuisine. When your food is just an... "local alternative" let your customer service be spectacular. Honestly ..the passion of Latino culture isn't here! In today'seconomy going out to eat is really a luxury! Today's America price are going up and quality is going down. Restaurant ownersshould protect customers care and service no less than 5 star. I would still support the cause. Even if the food is justaverage. Restaurant employees need to understand what a tip means.Its earned not to be expected. A consumers choose to dine atyour place of work.. Great food with great service is why we would even return.
