Refreshingly friendly and polite staff! It?s worth a visit to this location just to get a break from the rude and disrespectful... customer service experience that has increasingly become the norm in the food service industry. Ever since Covid began, itseems employees don?t really want to work and usually seem to be more eager to return to their phones than to engage withcustomers. I was greatly impressed when I visited Planet Smoothie and the boys behind the counter (Owen and Sawyer) went out oftheir way to be polite, courteous, patient, and helpful to everyone in the shop. They both demonstrated a respect for thecustomers and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service that is so rare these days. This tells me that managementis doing something good here! Even if you don?t love smoothies, it?s worth a stop in here just to say hi to the friendly staffand regain some of your lost faith in the work ethic of the next generation :) Read more
Tropical Smoothie Cafe was my go to spot until I stopped here! I had never been before and had no idea what smoothie I wanted to... try. The young men working were patient with me and helped me along to find the perfect smoothie. Once my order was placed theygot directly to work and I couldn?t wait to try it. It was wonderful! I love coming to this planet smoothie and they provide excellent service! Only issue I have is that they only seem to have one... person working at a time and I feel as if that is rather unprofessional. Outside of that still my favorite smoothie place! Read more
This place makes the best smoothies! Guess that?s why they say it?s the best smoothie on the planet. They also happen to be... really nice and all three flavors were delicious. I had the orange push up (think childhood... the Flintstones push pop), butmy family loved theirs too which were the PBJ and the almond mocha jolt. Check them out! Read more
Nick The morning guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked him for a very simple change to a smoothie and he couldn't... seem to figure it out. After going back and forth several times he finally gave me the smoothie incorrectly. When I called himup to complain, he gives me a condescending answer and then hangs up on me. Lot of money to be paid for this poor customerservice. (Later today) Owner called me, very nice gentleman. Apologized and fixed everything. Always enjoyed stopping bythere on my way to work. Today was not a good experience, but Raj (Owner) impressed me. I appreciate his calling me back andmaking sure that I was taken care of properly. Best Smoothie Planet and smoothie place period. I was never a smoothie drinker until my kids made me come in and try one. Now,... I am totally addicted. I have tried Smoothie King several times. I have had stomach issues after each time. Not here. Notever. The employees are like family now. They know what we want before we can speak. Always nice. Great location. Alwaysclean.
