I like this location, had problems with the organizations online order system. The people that takes your order, don't really... understand Americans taste in food, so they always get my order wrong, but since I spoke the manager about the issues I was havewith online he gave me the direct number to this location,I haven't had a issue since. I'm giving 2 stars because the pizza is good but the delivery experience is only occasionally good. Our most recent order was... placed online at 5:24PM and a 65 minute delivery estimate. At 6:30PM, I checked the tracker and it showed "Delivered" but therewas no pizza. Called the store and was placed on a "brief hold" of 10+ minutes before speaking with someone. I was told thatwhen they are busy, they use DoorDash to deliver but the driver's car broke down and they would expedite delivery with anotherdriver. I said that by the time that happened, the pizza would be cold so I wanted to cancel the order. The pizza was deliveredat 7:07PM. This isn't the first bad delivery experience. Another one that I can't understand is ordering ahead with a 6:00PMdelivery request and the pizza shows up late. Sometimes 40 minutes late. They had the order since early afternoon so it wasn'tlike they didn't know they had one that needed to be delivered around 6:00. Read more

There are several pizza places nearby but this is the one for us. Red sauce is good and the pepperoni is not too spicy.

Thin crust pizza was garbage. Better Pizza Better Ingredients Papa John's, slogan is a joke. The crust was like cardboard. It... was as if a cracker and a pizza box got together to make a baby. The pizza in general tasted like it was cooked a week ago, thentossed into the oven for a quick reheat, prior to the delivery. Pepperoni was average, and pizza sauce tasted like it was froma can. ???? and heartburn to boot after I endured 2 slices. Do yourself a favor and order a gourmet pizza from any otherrestaurant and it will cost about the same as Pappa John's and will certainly taste respectable if not incredible. Read more

Ordered a pizza for lunch for pick up. When we got it home and opened the Box there was a partially eaten hot pepper in the box.... When we called to complain the manager, argued with us repeatedly that she saw the pizza boxed. In this climate with Covid,etc we would not eat a pizza with a used pepper in it. You ever have an experience so bad it made the rest of your night miserable? Well if your looking for a miserable experience,... terrible pizza(as in not what you would ever get at any other Papa John's), poor management, awful customer service look nofurther!!! This is the place for you! They will mess up your order and tell you, your wrong when they mess up. After your donetalking and telling them what went wrong they will say "anything else" and when your expecting some sort of credit or refundbecause you already drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back because you craved your papa John's that we all know and love,your used to other stores being prompt and serving orders accurately. Ordered a papadia steak extr meat without peppers order came it had a few tiny pieces of steak on it. Call the store to manager.... He says I didn't make your sandwhich ill give you a credit though, then say we used the last of the steak on your meal. So ifyou knew you didn't have enough to fill a order then why did you send the order out ???? Not calling and telling me that I wouldof switched my order. Whole time on this phone call the manager did not care and giving off a couple of words at a time and leftin silence, then another couple words. Thanks so much to Papa John's Pizza Land O Lakes for mis-boxing our stuffed crust 3 meat pizza and sending us a regular crust... pineapple and onion pizza. Thanks for putting beef in our BBQ Chicken Papdia. Also thanks for taking 2 hours and 9 minutes toget here and letting our food sit on the heat rack so long the boxes burnt.
