You guys have a bad service!! If it is a place that works 24/7 why after midnight the only way to pay is cash and the only items... that we can order is nuggets and fries. That is ridiculous!!!! We can not place a mobile order, we can not pay with the card andwe can not order another items. If you don?t want to work DON?T WORK, close the store, but don?t provide and don?t offer aservice that you can?t give to the customer, it is annoying!!! Read more
You have to give McDonald's a 5 star for speed and price. The food can be satisfying when you're in the mood for it, but not the... healthiest nor the tastiest. They definitely do their job perfectly for the amount you pay for. Read more
Like others have said.... I know it's a fast food place....but still. Waited today for over 10 minutes for a small order that... included a hamburger, chicken nuggets, and fries. After that 10 minutes I left the drive through and went inside to see thestatus of my order. At 1:15 pm on a Sunday there were 11 employees that I could see plus a "manager". All the "manager" couldsay was I'm sorry about your wait". When I went inside my food was sitting on a cold stainless steel table and it was alreadycold! "Oh here it's ready for you hehehe" was the response. This is about the normal for the way this place is run. The insidewas disgustingly filthy and looks as though it hasn't been cleaned since they opened. Who knows maybe a completely automatedsystem would be better.... Can't be worse. Omg nicest McDonald's ever made my day!! My nephews were hungry and in the middle of .moving to the area and only had ten... dollars in my pocket due to my hectic morning. They had to redo my order In computer but accidentally made first order. Insteadof throwing it away the lady gave .h nephews both orders. Thank you so much to the crew for make my easier!!! I know this is McDonalds fast food and not a fine dining establishment, but after what I saw this weekend, I had to write a... review. My husband and I have been extremely disappointed with this location for a very long time now but since it's very closeto our home, we will visit occasionally when we need something fast and quick. But this was the last straw. After countlesstimes of being told they had run out of meat, or 30 min wait times at the drive-thru... the state of the dining room on Saturdayhad me nearly speechless. Overflowing trashcans, piles of food and wrappers stacked by the beverage station, trash all over thefloor. On this particular visit I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes in the curbside spot for it to be brought outbefore going inside. Read more
