Food is good but portions are inconsistent. One day you may get plenty of spinach, sweet potatoes etc for 13$... Then the next... day you're shorted literally 30% of what you had the day before. For Wednesday lunch, I was looking for a place to have salad. I searched near me and since this place had good reviews I decided... to order online through uber eats and I selected the All-Star bowl which included brown rice, quinoa, grilled chicken, broccoli,sautéed mushrooms, pico de gallo, red onions, jalapeños slices, and jalapeño ranch. The order was delivered through uber eatsin 35 minutes. The salad was good and had good portions. But it was pricey. Will be back to try other healthy options too. Read more

What a find! Been meaning to try this place and finally did! The young lady guided us thru the Process of picking out our... items we wanted in our bowl. This was my first time eating at Healthy & Fresco and I wasn?t disappointed! I was helped by Salice and she was very... knowledgeable about everything. I ordered the ?All-Star? Bowl with noodles, yellow rice, teriyaki tofu (sadly the parmesan tofuisn?t vegan), Broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, pickled red onions, bell peppers, pico de gallo, and sesame ginger dressing. I was so excited to find this spot! I walked in greeted nicely and everything was clean and tidy. So many options to eat- bowl,... salads, paninis and more!
