Forgot items in our order. Food tastes like it has been sitting out or left over from the night before. Insisted he cannot just... refund price of forgotten items. Man on the phone hung up on me multiple times when asking about refunds and then wouldn?tanswer my return call forcing me to call from restricted number in order to get him to answer. Extremely rude. This place has no integrity. The girl up front snuck in a ripped 5 dollar bill in my change. Hands me the money folded it to... hide it. Sure it?s my fault for not checking but she knew what she did and admitted it on the phone. Imagine what shortcuts theytake with your food? 5 second rule might be 45 seconds here. Or worse?.. First this place is really dirty. The food is standard and nothing special. What I don't like about this place is they only... sell large sizes. You can get a small order and then they over charge for it. But the killer for them.....I asked for anadditional small rice and despite the price on their menu, they charged me $5. They need to learn, accept and realize,customers have options! Read more
Egg rolls and wontons good, but that was it. The orange chicken and general tsos was by far the worst tasting sauce I've ever... had. No idea how they have such high reviews but it looked okay like alot of changes were made not too long ago so perhaps thathas something to do with it. Read more
Juicy boneless spare ribs ,good on serving , great flavor , crab Rangoons taste good as well/ full , presentation was good till... I got into the food????. But 10/10 Read more
Have always enjoyed tasty, hot and well-cooked take-out from China Wok on Collier Parkway. Wonderful serving attitude and quick... to adjust any misunderstanding. Usually order C20 with both shrimp and chicken but white rather than brown soy sauce. Their eggrolls are better than China Moon. Also they have us in a system or have a great memory because they know what we want and how toprepare it before we ask. Read more
Food was okay...wasn't impressed The seafood delight was not really much seafood in it...out of the whole plate there was only 4... pieces of shrimp in it the rest was lots of veggies, meat and chicken. Read more
Terrible! Food is marginal. Svc is worse! I have eaten Chinese food my whole life. I have never tried to order and been told... they are out of what I am ordering. I have tried to order wings and they are out. I tried to order egg foo young and told thesame. Really! Worse yet, they don?t answer the phone half the time. Place is also dirty!
