The Bison Meatloaf Marsala was incredible. Tender, moist, full of flavor, and I'm still surprised I finished it. The plate was... huge! We've dined here many times, but this was my first time for this dish, and it's my new favorite. We started off with thepork belly appetizer, which was also fantastic.
