Never again! 1 star is far too much for this establishment! I had a late flight into Dallas and I was famished. Decided to grab... a quick burger since it?s been years I eaten one from this food chain. Big mistake! From the time I pulled in line, ordered,paid, and finally got my sandwich after I had to walk in to get it, it was just under an hour!!! The sad thing is that I wasthe 4th car back from ordering! Whataburger makes great burgers. A Texas tradition. This particular place was clean and my large order of onion rings was... stuffed full. The woman that brought our order to the table was polite enough, but didn't seem too thrilled to be there. We hadchocolate malts and shakes. Good customer service but i specifically said no cheeses, and guess what was on the burger, CHEESE! So that's the lump on the... right next to the burger. The bacon Spicy burger was ok. It needed mayo or something, can't put my finger on it. Read more
Worst WhataBurger I've ever been to in Texas. I made an order at 12 o'clock in the afternoon didn't receive it until 12:22. Walk... to the car to find out they gave me the wrong order. So unorganized so undisciplined. I will not recommend anyone venturing intothis Establishment.
