I understand weekends are busy. However courtesy goes a long way. I ordered online for delivery and the order status stayed in... prep for well over an hour. I called and was on hold for 20 mins up until arriving to the location. When someone did acknowledgeme I was advised of the 2hr + wait time. No one had welcoming attitudes. Always late, and pizza is never cut correctly. Ordered pizza over an hour ago and the app hasn?t even updated. After being hung... up on and then placed on hold for 15 minutes my husband drove up there. They hadn?t even started making the pizza. It?s beenover an hour at this point. My phone records every call. What these people were doing was too much. Made and order at 5:52 pm and called at 6:46 pm to check... the order worker lied. I called back at 7:09 pm inquiring about my order staff lied and said I was loud and rude, and he hungup. I called right back, and the manager answered. She said I was hollering and wasn't, and she was the rudest manager ever. Ihad to listen to the messages to make sure I wasn't tripping, and I wasn't. I placed an order online, almost an hour later I still did not have my food. Upon calling the restaurant I was informed that if... I wanted my food the best thing for me to do would be to come pick it up. That my food was setting there still waiting on adriver to pick it up and they're still 2 or 3 orders ahead of mine. I had a severe migraine I did not feel like driving but Idid anyway and went and picked up my pizza for the kids for the kids and of course it was complete trash because it had beensetting there for so long. It was not fresh, it was dried out. Keep in mind I had paid $5 for the delivery plus a $5 tip. So Ispent $10 not when did I not get my pizza delivered I had to then spin my gas to go pick it up. I have not eaten Domino's inover 25 years until Earlier this year. I have gotten it in Florida, Kentucky, and North Carolina.... In all of those places itwas perfection. But here in Lancaster at my home it is complete trash. I will not order from there again unless I have everyintention on going to pick up myself.
