The last time I checked,100% Angus Beef does not contain soybeans. Yet, the picture I share shows you are charging the same... price for this soybean patty that can't be eaten. It was gross, expensive, and false advertising. I ordered a 100% Black AngusFrisco Burger, but this is what I got. Hardees, you can do better and have done better in the past, but I can no longer trustyou. I don't mind paying more for good food but refuse to pay for this pretending to be. On another note, thank you to thenice ladies at the drive-thru. I'm sorry you are having to serve this low quality product. You deserve better as well. Read more
Just bought a Frisco Burger combo and there were hairs in my sandwich. Poured out the drink and noticed food/debris on the ice.
I walked in and the cashiers just looked at me with blank stares. The bathroom is disgusting. Urine all over the toilet seats.... Toilet paper filling the toilet so it can?t flush. Trash on the floor. I hurried up and got out of there. I?m not eating in aplace that has a filthy bathroom. If they don?t clean the bathroom then they probably aren?t cleaning the kitchen or theirhands. Read more

The service was quick, the food was hot, and when I explained I had an... allergy and couldn?t have the phone or onion rings on the burger they suggested a lettuce wrap, which totally surprised me! Horrible. Inedible. Pitiful. False advertising. "Give us your money, we'll give you a bag of mystery meat slop." Does this... sandwich remotely look like the pictured sandwich? I don't know if this is the worst Hardees in the fleet, or all Hardees havebecome this bad. I will not visit this Hardees again. I remember when Hardees led the industry 25-50 years ago.
