Additional Information
this place is so cutely decorated which is the main thing that separates it from other frozen yogurt places. i love the two frog... mascots so much. as far as the frozen yogurt goes, i love the variety of flavors. they even have low fat options and regular icecream for people who prefer that. they have a large array of toppings to chose from, my favorite being the fruit poppers. theaddition of extras like chocolate covered strawberries and miniature brownies was a smart and delicious idea. also, they nowhave color changing spoons which makes the experience 10x more fun. i only have 3 complaints/suggestions; 1. i wish the staffwas a bit more attentive. trust me, i love not being bombarded the moment i walk through the door, but when it comes to thingslike making sure the space is clean, and noticing when certain toppings are running low, the staff could improve a little bit.2. there's almost never whipped cream whenever i go. :'( it's always either almost out or gone completely. 3. i miss when therewas a combo of the week written on the chalkboard. it was perfect for when i had no idea what to get. it would be awesome if youguys brought that back. anyway, those are just some minor inconveniences of mine (except for the whipped cream that one's kindof serious). otherwise, this is my favorite place to get frozen yogurt. The yogurt is great; the staff ... not so much. I've visited Sweet Frog lots. Always happy with the freshness, selection and... featured flavors, but often feel that I am "bothering" the employees. At my last visit, I asked a question and was ignored; Iasked again and was sort of waved away. After creating my sundae, I pushed the pumper for the hot fudge and it "blew out" allover the front of a brand-new white embroidered top. I was certainly upset, but it was really no one's fault. There was air inthe pumper that created a bubble. HOWEVER, when I mentioned to the employee that the hot fudge might be running low ... andshowed her my shirt ... she said "no; I just filled it ... that happens." No apology. No concern for the situation that just"happens." So, what WAS just a disappointment turned into irritation based on the employee's lack of concern for a customer'ssituation. Maybe that DOES "happen," but it shouldn't, and if it does, the customer should be addressed in a compassionate way. It's HOT fudge, after all... Read more
